So what is a timeline?
Put simply, it’s our human experience of events and opportunities in life. But it’s a little different than the way we’ve been taught to think about time.
Think of it this way, when you turn on the TV, you set the channel to the show you want to watch. But that doesn’t mean that’s the only show playing and available to you. What you tune to is what you see. But there are hundreds, millions of other options available for you to tune into RIGHT NOW.
Time is actually a frequency. A timeline is like the movie of your life that you are creating as you go.
It can always be changed.
FREQUENCY
Your frequency of time affects not only how ‘fast or slow’ you experience your life but also things like levels of anxiety or ease. It also plays a role in the types of opportunities available to you… like stations, you can tune in to. By metaphorically resetting your internal clock to the frequency it desires to be, we are tuning your magnetic resonance with your soul’s desired experience. And voila, you begin to see new experiences on your screen of reality.
Think of it this way… if you’re wasting your time worry about a project or relationship instead of feeling ease about moving forward, your actions and outcomes will be different, right?
Working with your time frequency, your unique time signature, helps to smooth out any ‘static’ that’s keeping you from the timeline your soul desires for your highest expression… think: finding your purpose, feeling at home in your body, attracting what you want to you.
This is timeline work
The work I do is at the level of your unique time signature. In short, this work tunes you to the frequency necessary for you to align with opportunities and events that unlock possibilities not currently available to you now. Time is an energetic frequency. Your experience of time, events, and opportunities is directly effected by your time signature. Just like a TV channel or radio station. If your frequency isn’t tuned to that station, you won’t receive that information. But if we tune your dial to the station you want to be on… well then, that changes things, doesn’t it?
After a session, you will notice interesting things changing. The change could be slight; more ease, alignment, and/or synchronicity. Depending on your situation, it can also precipitate friction, breakdown, or upheaval of situations, circumstances, or relationships that are no longer resonant with your new frequency. When you change the station you are not tuned into or receiving the old signal.
This process requires trust that you can allow what wants to leave-- to go. It may feel like liberation or relief! And I’m not going to sugar coat it… it can feel a bit uncomfortable. Whatever is breaking down and falling away is meant to. It is clearing the path for something much bigger than you realize to come into your life… which may or may not be immediately visible. And conversely, if there is something you are expecting to fall away that doesn't... consider that perhaps we've tuned you to a more resonant frequency that will allow only the discord to fall away, leaving you with a more aligned experience in that situation (or relationship).
CLIENT EXPERIENCES
Past clients report feeling calmer and more centered after our session. They’re humming at their natural and desired frequency. The “static in their signal” of swirling thoughts or anxieties seem to quiet down. They have reported things like moving forward with ease on projects or tasks that they had been avoiding. I had energy work done by Laura 4 days ago, and I have been non stop channeling since. I have been "stuck" the last month or so when it comes to receiving downloads. In the last few months I've had roughly 5 downloads (very sluggish for me). After working with Laura, I have had around 20 good downloads, and have filled up a good chunk of my notebook with really good journal writing. I believe that your 'dreams won't work unless you do' but I also believe it doesn't have to be as hard as we make it at times.
This is not magic manifestation. The clients who see changes make note of the elements of those desires coming into their world and they take action on them to realize their long-held dreams.
Through this work, I feel there's a reciprocal action happening. As you move toward your desires, they also move toward you in equal measure. The choice is always yours to act on the changes you see to solidify this new reality or let them pass and return to your old resonance.

What to Expect
Our session will take place live via Zoom. This helps me connect directly with your energy and to share what’s coming up for me in real-time. This is active healing work and together we co-create the experience.
These sessions are guided by your higher self. I merely facilitate the process. You always maintain free will and the ability to set the pace and tone of these sessions. At times your higher self may ask your input of how you choose to proceed. This is why I don’t do these sessions remotely without your active presence.
After the session, I will share more details from the experience and share any messages or themes that became obvious to me during the energy portion. You have a chance to share what came up for you, ask any questions, and to solidify your understanding of what occurred.
These sessions typically take anywhere from 60 - 90 min. The energetic portion typically takes approx 45-60 minutes and the debrief at the end varies based on what came up in the session, but 15-30 min is typical.
Timeline Session
In a timeline session we will connect to the energy of your higher self and ask for guidance and direction to remove, heal, and repattern any blockages or areas of stagnation in your energy that are keeping you from moving to your highest timeline. I find that these are not guided by your conscious mind, though you may think you have a conscious awareness of what’s keeping you stuck.
We will be recalibrating your energetic frequency so that you can move onto your desired timeline. Afterwards people report feeling calmer, less bothered by the noise of the world, less fear and anxiety. They also report feeling more connection to their inner guidance and presence in their lives. Commonly they have synchronous events take place that move them toward the timeline they have desired for a while. This is because the ‘static’ in their energy has been cleared.

Timeline Sequence
This is deep healing work. I have found that this sequence is suited for those who have felt a deep disconnection from their higher self, have tried to move the energy in this area but still feel stuck, or have taken a break from self-work for a while. Or those who have a "long" timeline leap to make. But no matter your status, if you feel guided to this, trust your intuition. I follow the guidance of your higher self for the pace of when these sessions take place, but a generally they will take place over one month’s time. Package includes three sessions:
1. Healing and removal of blocks
This session identifies the source of why you feel stuck or are not moving to your ideal timeline. This is some energetic heavy lifting. And sometimes it's just too much to ask of your energetic system to remove and then replace in one session. So we break it into parts. This first session may take 60- 90 minutes.
2. Repatterning
After your healing session has occurred we will schedule a second session to recode your energetic patterns to support the changes we made in the first session. With the decks cleared and time for some dust to settle, we replace the old energy patterns with new ones that support your future self. This session is likely to take 45-60 minutes.
3. Integration
After both sessions have taken place you can feel dramatic shifts. This final integration session is to discuss what's coming up for you and to help you move forward with power and sovereignty. It's a power packed 30 min session to help you gain clarity and insight about where you're headed. This session may involve some energy work or it may be just bringing some changes to your conscious awareness.

Integration Coaching
Ok, so we shifted your timeline and some big changes are happening. Yay! (and Yikes!) All the old ways you had thought and moved through the world no longer apply! Sometimes your soul is ready for a big leap but your human self needs a bit more help to make the adjustment.
